Hello Kitty’s Guide to Japan English and Japanese

Hello Kitty's Guide to Japan, features lots of friendly illustrations that are put to good use: regions of Japan feature their iconic qualities, such as Niigata's rice fields and sake.

There are solid explanations of nuanced parts of Japanese culture.
The book is bilingual, with writing in English and Japanese, which makes for good cross-cultural sharing across small kids. It also makes for good fodder for Japanese-English conversation partners.

There are 6 parts: PART1 Welcome to Japan (日本へようこそ), PART2 Communication (コミュニケーション), PART3 Sightseeing (観光), PART4 History & Culture (歴史と文化), PART5 Food & Cooking (食べ物と料理), PART6 Japanese Life Style (日本のライフスタイル)

Basic Japanese language guided by Kitty-chan and family.

This travel guide is about Dear Daniel making a trip to Japan to visit Kitty-chan, and as we all know, Daniel grows up in the States. So Kitty-chan will have to guide Daniel in terms of basic Japanese language, Japanese tourist areas, Japanese cultures, foods and so on.
